Granted to James Rogers one hundred and fifty acres of land in Duplin County No. side of
Maxwell Swamp and west side of Eldar Swamp. Begining at a pine or corner of his land
formerly Kedar Harrels. Thence Harrels old line to his corner and past So. 80 Wt. 290
poles to a water Oak. Thence another line So. 15, Wt. 150 poles to a pine John Holdons
old corner. Thence that line No. 50, Wt. 127 poles to a black jack the corner. Thence
Dugbys old line No. 40, Wt. 66 poles to a pine the corner. Thence No. 20, Wt. 40 poles
to a black jack Richard Williams's old corner. Thence that line to the corner and past
No. 70, Et. 310 poles to a stake on Murrays line. Thence to the Begining.
