North Carolina Duplin County

The twenty ninth of June 1790 Rec'd. of Nicholas Hunter one Hundred and sixty pounds it 
being in full for a negroe man Have named Ceasar about thirty four years of age which 
negroe I do warrent and Defend tot he said Hunter against the Claim or Claims of any 
person or persons whatsoever as witness my hand and seal

Then was the within Bill of Sale proved in open Court by the oath of Charles Ward and
