Granted to James Floyd eighty acres of land in Duplin County Wt. side of the No. East
River.  Begining at a white oak on the river bank James Pickits corner.  Thence his
line So. 40 Wt. 80 poles to a pine.  Thence No. 55 Wt. 20 poles to a pine.  Thence No. 35
Et. 20 poles to a maple Martin Dunns old corner.  Thence his line No. 55 Wt. 180 poles to 
a stake.  Thence No. 40 Et. 70 pole to the River bank a little above Hugh McCanns Landing
Thence down the river as it meanders to the begining.
