Jacob Powell one hundred and fifty acres of land in Duplin County on the head 
Dreans of the Grove Swamp.  Begining at a pine Jonathan Gores corner thence 
as Johnathan Gores line No. 5 SWt. 144 poles to a black jack thence along 
William Boyts line about No. 75 Wt. 180 poles to a pine in a pond 30 poles 
beyond said Boyts corner  thence So. 10 Wt. 140 poles to a pine thence 
straight to the begining.
