Jacob Newton Eighty five acres of land in Duplin County on the North Side of Pharezes Creek 
including Abraham Newtons improvements.  Begining at a water oak in Gum Branch.  Thence 
as his own line So. 60 Et. 200 poles to a pine.  Thence So. 30 Wt. 60 poles to a pine.  
Thence along his other line Wt. 90 pole to a Maple in Gum Branch.  Thence up the Branch 
as it meanders to the begining.
