Deed:Jacob Dollar to Matthew Johnston. 
Dated: 16 February 1782. 

Trans. :65 pounds "hard money" for 190 acres "Beginning. On the East
side of the six Runs below a small branch." Deed mentions a mash and
states: "the said land including the mash River and his own and Between
Samuel Sellers." The land was "Pattented By David Williams (17 May 1754) and
so made Over By deed.to William Stevens and to John Stevens and from him to
Charles Tindle to John Oxford and so to John Dollar and then to Jacob
Dollar"
