Ison Shuffield one hundred acres of land in Duplin County Et. side the North East 
River.  Begining at a pine the second corner of Jesper Coxes 400 hundred acre 
survey.  Thence as that line South 15 Et. 186 poles to a pine.  Thence North 75 Et. 
86 poles to a stake.  Thence North 15 West 186 poles to a stake.  Thence South 75 
Wt. 86 poles to a pine the first station.
