Granted tp Isaac Newton twenty five acres of land in Duplin County on the South Side of
Pheruzes Creek.  Begining at a small sweet gum on the edge of the creek.  Thence South 12 
Et. 10 poles to a white oak his old corner.  Thence North 80 Et. 220 poles to a stake below
his plantation.  Thence North 40 Wt. 30 poles to a stake in the run of the Creek.  Thence 
up th various courses of the Creek as it meanders to the begining.
