Granted to Isaac Hunter Twenty Acres of Land in Duplin County the S. side of 
the Grove Swamp on the heads of Savages Mil branch.  Beginning at a white 
Oak James Middletons Corner on Nicholas Hunters Line.  Thence Middleton  
S line South 50 W. 82 poles to a Stake at an old white Oak corner.  Thence 
S. 3. E. 16 pole to a small white Oak James James,s Corner_ Thence his line 
N. 82 E. 64 pole to a red Oak William McGees Corner.  Thence McGees line 
N. 55 E. 36 pole to a Large Hickory Nicholas Hunters Corner and with his line 
to the first station.

Dated the 11.th day of July in the 13th year of our independence, and in the 
year of our Lord 1788.
