Granted to Isaac Hunter two hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the South west
side of Maxwell Swamp.  Begining at at pine Richard Chasons corner.  Thence his line 
Et. 78 poles to a pine his corner.  Thence his other line North 60 poles to a stake
on Thalleys old line.  Thence that line So. 84 Et. 120 poles to a black jack.  Thence 
South 20 poles to a pine on Nathaniel McCanns line.  Thence his line So. 47 Et. 19
poles to a pine his corner.  Thence South 158 po. to a pine near to school house branch.
Thence South 75 Wt. 166 poles to a stake on Dicksons line near to an old large Tarkiln
bed.  Then to the begining.
