Granted to Hugh McCanne, Jr. one hundred and fourteen acres of land in Duplin County Wt. 
side the North Et. River joining the lines of William McCanne, Sr.  Begining at a pine 
William McCanne, Jr. corner and runs Thence No. 47 Et. 22 poles to a bunch of small oaks 
his corner Thence William McCanne Sr. line No. 19 Wt. 240 poles to a small red oak by Belleys 
branch.  Thence Nathaniel McCanns line So. 45 Wt. 130 poles to a pine his corner by the 
pasture branch.  Thence crossing the branch So. 27 Et. 80 poles to a pine by Hugh McCannes, 
Sr. line.  Thence by his line or nearly to the first station.
