William Harvill (Howell) to William Johnston. 2 pounds "lawfull 
money of the State" for 60 acres "On the South side of the Rock 
Fish Creek and On the West side of Doctors Creek." Land was 
"taken Out of a tract of land of (100) acres of land Granted By 
patent to him the said William Harvill Bearing
date" 1 April 1780.
