Hezekiah Blizard To John Graddy

Deed 640 acres

	This Indenture made this firs day of December one thousand seven hundred and Eighty Seven Between 
Hezekiah Blizzard of the County of Duplin and State of North Carolina of the one part and John Graddy of 
the County of Duplin and said State of the other part Witnesseth for and in Consideration of the sum of  ____ 
specie to me in hand paid by the said John Graddy before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents The 
Receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have given granted Bargained Sold and conveyed unto the said John 
Graddy his heirs Executors or administrators and assigns forever a certain Tract of Land lying and being 
in the County of Duplin on the East side of Halls marsh and on Both sides of Hookers Marsh Beginning at a 
pine Hugh Grahams Corner and runs along his line and John Sulavins line South 211 Et. 260 poles to a pine 
thence East 200 poles to a pine at John Sulavins other line thence No. 52 poles to a Black Jack at his corner 
thence along his line Et. 120 poles to a pine thence No. 290 poles to a pine and light wood Tree thence Wt. 
320 poles to a pine and lightwood Tree and thence to the Beginning Containing 640 acres.  To have and to hold 
to the said John Graddy his heirs Executors administrators and assigns Together with all woods waters Water 
courses and all other previledges thereunto belonging without any manner of Condition as his or their proper 
Right forever.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written,
