Henry Newkirk one hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the Et. Side of the No. 
East River and South side of Limestone Creek.  Begining at a pine his own corner 
near a small branch.  Thence No. 82 Et. 76 poles to a pine William Southerlands 
corner formerly Pattersons.  Thence on or near Southerlands line So. 44 Et. 80 poles 
to a pine by the edge of a branch.  Thence North 39 Et. 28 pole to a large pine 
Sandelins corner.  Thence North 80 Et. 42 poles to a lightwood stump Davises corner.  
Thence Davises line No. 43 Wt. 176 pole to a stake his corner.  Thence his other line 
So. 70 Wt. 74 poles to a small pine Newkirks corner.  Thence his line to the begining.
