Henry Newkirk one hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the So. Side of Limestone Swamp 
joining Felix Kenan and Phill Southerlands lines and William Thomases line, the warrents No. 
1240  begining at a pine in Kenans line and runs with his line No. 33 Wt. 156 poles to a stump 
on Southerlands line thence with his line Et. 114 poles to a pine on Thomases line thence with 
his line So. 10 Et. 150 poles to a stake thence to the begining.

Dated November the 10th 1784
