Inheritance free and clear from all Minor or former Gifts grants Bargains Leases Mortgages 
wills Intails Jointers Dowreys Judgments Executions Entants of Troubles of Lawsuits or 
Incumberances whatever & the aforesaid Henry Allen Senior shall & will forever warrent & 
Defend the aforesaid Land & premises from against him the said Henry Allen Senior as also 
from & against the just and Lawfull claim or claims of any other perseon or persons who may 
after my Decease Lay any Claim to the same In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand 
and fixed my seal the above Deed to said & of None affect Till his the said Henry Allen Senior 
Decease then to be in full form & virtue Date above written.
