Henry Fountain, Junr. three hundred acred of land in Duplin County East side of the North 
East River and on both sides of Muddy Creek including his house and plantation.  Begining 
at an ashe near a large forked maple on the No. edge of the swamp and High land.  Thence 
crossing the swamp So. 20 Wt. 180 poles to a pine saplin.  Thence South 75 Et. 250 poles 
to a stake.  Then No. 20 Et. 200 pole to a bay tree, gum & Holley in Muddy Creek swamp 
near the High land on the North side.  Thence down the meanders of the swamp and high 
land to the begining.
