George Vintress one hundred and fifty acres of land in Duplin County on the heads of 
Mathews branch.  Begining at a small red oak & black jack alittle South west of a bushy 
pond.  Thence No. 30 Wt. 110 poles to a pine.  Thence So. 60 Et. 36 poles to a black 
jack on Richard Harts line thence as his line So. 45 Et. 194 pole to a pine thence 
crossing azas of azariahs branch South 45 East 112 poles to a pine.  Thence No. 
45 Et. about 200 poles to the first stataion.
