George Smith Junr. three hundred acres of land in Duplin County between the 
head of Panter Swamp and the beaverdam of Tuckahoe.  Begining at a black 
jack near the head of the Beaverdam by the old Burncoat Path and runs No. 
120 poles to a small pine.  Thence Wt. 360 poles to a black jack his own 
corner thence with his own line No. 36 pole to a black jack.  Thence Wt. 86 
pole to a pine on Richard Prescoats line thence with his line So. 168 poles 
to a stake thence Et. 340 pole to a pine.  Thence to the begining.
