No. 1323

Granted to George Powell one hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the Wt. side
of th North Et. River joining his own and Joshua Murrays line on Okey branch.  Begining
at a bay in a pocoson William McCans corner on the third line of Thomas Johns old
420 acre survey.  Then as McCanns line of his 80 acred survey North 70 Et. 120 pole
to a pine his corner on Frederick Wills's line.  Thence Wells's line North 25 Wt. 150 
poles to a pine his corner.  Thence Joshua Murrays line No. 67 Wt. 136 pole to a pine
his corner.  Thence No. 80 Wt. 4 poles to a pine on Jesse Norrises line.  Thence Powells
own line to the begining.
