Begining at a rea oak lower edge the branch at the Great Rowling Path by John Baleys Corner. Thence So. 30. Wt. 66 poles to a pine thence So. 25 Et. 230 poles to a Black hew tree white oak and red oak on the River bank at the Haw Bluff. Thence up the River as it meanders crossing the mouth of the Oakey Branch to a point due East from the begining. Thence Wt to the first station.
