Frederick Smith one hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the East side of the North 
East joining his own lines.  Begining at a sweet gum his own corner and runs with his line 
No. 25 Et. 120 poles to a black gum on his line below the mouth of Panter Swamp.  Thence 
West 140 poles to a Cypress near the river.  Thence South 25 West 120 poles to a water 
oak near the river from thence to the begining.
