Frederick Smith five hundred acres of land in Duplin County Et. side the No. 
Et. River on the Drans of Panther and Cabbin Swamp. Begining at a pine 
thence North 160 poles to a black jack thence Wt. 260 poles to a black 
jack thence No. 40 pole to a black jack thence Wt. 160 poles to a pine.  
Thence So. Et. 8 pole to a black jack thence Et. 37 poles to a pine his 
corner of another survey.  Thence as the same So. 220 poles to a pine.  
Thence No. 76 Et. 390 poles to the begining.
