Frederick Lewis two hundred and fifty acres of land in Duplin County on the 
West Side of Maxwell Swamp on both sides of Carrs Branch.  Begining at a 
white oak the corner of the land he lives on.  Thence the old line North 50 Wt. 
127 poles to another corner of said old paten thence the other line No. 40 Et. 
127 poles to a white oak and lifhtwood tree.  Thence along Joshua Hudgsons 
line Wt. 180 poles to a pine his corner.  Thence South 200 poles to a pine.  
Thence South 65 Et. 260 poles to a stake, thence Abraham Beesleys line 
North 80 poles to the corner a pine thence to the begining.
