Frederick Barfield son of Jesse Barfield deceased two hundred acres land in Duplin 
County on the waters of Poley Bridge Branch.  Begining at a pine the corner of his 
own land and runs with his own line No. 40 pole to a pine.  Thence East 180 pole to 
a pine by a Meadow.  Thence South 180 pole to a poplar in a branch on his own line.  
Thence Wt. 180 pole.  Thence to the begining.
