Felix Frederick one hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the heads 
of a branch of Bear Swamp.  Begining at a small white oak on a Sand hill 
the corner of his own land and runs thence along Robert Wilkinsons line 
So. 90 poole to a pine William Elliots corner.  Thence along his line Et. 230 
poles to a pine his corner.  Thence No. 43 poles to a pine on William Moores 
line thence along his line No. 65 Wt. 126 pole to a white oak in a branch his 
corner.  Thence joining said Fredericks own line to the begining.
