Dated: 12 January 1778. 

Trans.:25 pounds for 75 acres "On the West side of the Grove (?) swamp
on Chinquapin (?) branch above (?) land which David Cannon Senr. Bought of
Henry Eustace McCulloh Being part of. 150 acres Patented by David Cannon.
bearing date  April 1768." 

Deed mentions  Creek. Land was conveyed by the "Said" Edward 
(sic) Cannon to the said Ephraim Boyet.
