Elias Faison To Hardy Royals

A Deed For 1/2 acres Land

This Indenture made this the Seventh day of March One Thousand Eight hundred & thirty 
nine between Elias Faison of the County of Duplin and State of North Carolina of the 
one part and Hardy Royals of the aforesaid County & State of the other part witnesseth 
that I the aforesaid Elias Faison for and inconsideration of the Natural Love and affection 
which I have & bear for and unto the aforesaid Hardy Royals have this day given granted 
aliened enfeoffed and by these presents doth acknowledge of having given granted Alined 
and enfeoff unto the aforesaid Hardy Royals his Heirs assigns Administrators and Executors 
a certain Lot or parcil of Land Lying and being in the aforesaid County and State on the 
South side of Goshen Swamp on the Wilmington and Raleigh Rail Road at Faisons Depot - a 
certain Lot No 2 containing one half acre of Ground Begining on the North East corner of 
the County Road Runing thence No 6 Et to a stake thence No 87 Et thence South 6 west and 
thence to the begining In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affix my seal 
according to the above date written

The Execution of the witnin deed is duly proved in open court by the oath of William Williamson
