Edward Walker To Giles T Loftin
Deed 120 acres
This indenture made this 24th day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and thirty six between Edward Walker of the County and State aforesaid of the one
part and Giles T Loftin of the Same County and State of the other part Witnesseth that for
and in consideration of the sum of one hundred Eighty Dollars to the said Edward Walker In
hand paid at or before sealing and delivery of these presence the recipt whereof is hereby
acknowledge there of to be therewith fuly satisfied contened have given granted Bargained
and sold and by these presents do give grant bargain sell alien confirm convey enfeoff and
Set over unto Giles T Loftin his heirs or assigns the following messuage tract or parcel of
land situated lying and being in the County and State aforesaid Bounded as follas begining
at a pine near the head of the tharter meadow Branch and runs South 72 Et 120 poles to a Post
oak on East edge of the Road thence along the Road So 40 wt 21 poles to a black gum by the
side of said Road thence So 13 Et 125 poles to a pine and lightwood Tree Daniel Hines corner
thence as his West 170 poles to a stake on his line thence No 13 Et to the begining containing
one hundred and twenty acres to have and to hold the be fore bargain land and premises with
all improvements profits priveledge and advantages whatsoever to the same belonging or in
any wise appertaining and free and clear of all maner of incumberance or imcombrances whatsoever
to him the said Giles T Loftin his heirs Etrs admis or assigns forever and the said Edward
Walker doth for his part Bind and oblige himself to warrent secure and for ever defend the
before bargain land and primises free and clear of and from the Just and lawful claim or
demands of all and every other person or persons whatsoever claiming any Right title Intrust
use trust or property in the same or any part or parcel there of in witness where of the said
Edward Walker have here unto set his hand and seal day and date first writen signed sealed
and delivered in the present of
