Edward Dickson one hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the North side 
of Maxwell Swamp and East Side of Folley Branch. Begining at a poplar on the 
run in Folley on Morgain Sweeneys line.  Thence as the same So. 25 Et. 104 
poles to a pine on the edge of Middle Branch.  Thence up the branch with Wm. 
Rigbees line No. 60 Et. 116 pole to a pine.  Thence along Richd. Williams line 
No. 20 Wt. 194 poles to an ashe at the run of Folley about 150 yards above the 
Mouth of Woolf Pit Branch.  Thence as the run with Joseph Dicksons line to 
the begining.
