No. 195

David Jones Sixty acres of land in Duplin County late the property of William Tryon 
Esq. lying on both sides of the public road by Rockfish bridge. Begining at a cypress 
& water oak the No. side of Rockfish Creek. said to be Sampsons old corner and with 
an old line Called Sampsons line No. 25 Wt. 80 pole to a pine at a pond.  Said to be 
a corner of Hickory Hill land.  Thence Et. 120 pole to a pine between two ponds nigh 
the bridge.  Thence No. 40 pole to a stake.  Thence Et. 90 pole to a Hickory & white 
oak.  Thence So. 32 pole to a cypress on the Creek bank about fifty yards before the 
mouth little Rockfish.  Thence up the Creek as it meanders to the begining.
