Dennis Gufford one hundred and fifty acres of land in Duplin County on a Branch of the No. 
East called the Mirery branch.  Joining Geo. Smiths line.  Begining at a white on the branch 
and runs with Smiths line So. 80 Et. 96 poles to a pine on his other line.  Thence with that 
line So. 10. Wt. 200 poles to a pine.  Thence No. 80. Wt. 160 poles to a Bunch of Maples 
in the Branch.  Thence as the Branch meanders to the begining.
