Plat:		Beginning at a [chencappin ] stake upon [Woodmans] [Chase] Creek in the marsh
and running up to  [Thomas Jernigans] old line 
		South 30 West 140 poles to a point
		Thence North 75 West 100 poles to Maple Swamp to a light wood stake in a 
meadow
		Thence down {Woodards Chance} Creek to the first station.  It being the wooded 
land of two hundred acres allow which Thomas {Innagas} bought from William McRee
