		and Runs North 20 West to a stake at the corner 
		Thence South 70 West along the line to a state
		Thence Right across to the said Run
		Thence Running up the Run to the beginning

		It being part of a larger tract or parcel of land that was granted to Sampson 
McClam by patent bearing date the 14 day of January 1709.
