Dickson Deed for 12 acres of Land Octr 1839 North Carolina Duplin County June 1st AD 1839 I David Wright of the State & County aforesaid have this day bargained and sold unto James G. Dickson a piece of Swamp Land on the North side of the main run of Goshen Begining at a Black Gum & maple Isaac Wrights corner on the main run of Goshen & runs thence along the said James G. Dicksons line No 30 Et 40 pole to a maple his corner thence his other line so 60 Et 90 pole to an ashe at the head of the lake his other corner thence the same course 6 pole to a stake in the main run thence up the same as it meanders to the begining containing 12 acres more or less the right & title to said Land I bind my self my Heirs Excrs & assigns to warrant and forever defend unto the said James G.
