Granted to David Williams one hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the Dreans of Rockfish.
Begining at a pine Jo. James's corner by a place called the pitch land ponds.  Then So. 3 Et. 96 
poles to a cener of three oaks.  Thence North 88 Wt. 80 poles to a stake.  Thence No. 21 Wt. 80
poles to a pine.  Charles James's corner.  Thence the same course continued 138 poles to a pine
Elias James's corner.  Thence So. 60 Et. 100 poles through James's pocoson.  Thence to the begining.
