Granted to David Williams fifty acres of land in Duplin County. Beginning at a small
spruse pine his own corner. Running thence as his line N. 45° E. 94 poles to a
lightwood tree on his or Miridittes line, Thence as that line S. 56°. E. 84 poles to
black jack David Davis,s Corner. Thence as his line South 87°. W. 82. to a pine
(by the bay.) his other corner. Thence as his other line S. 40°. E. 142 poles to a
stake on Joseph Williams. Thence S. 50°. W. 30 pole to a stake by the bay.
Thence to the beginning. Dated the 17th day December in the 19th year of our
independence and in the year of our Lord 1794

W. 100. poles to a stake-Thence to the Begin. Dated the 17th day of Decem. In
the 19th year of the American independence, and in the year of our Lord 1794
