		Thence West 20 Chains to a point
		Thence South 42 East 42 Chains to a point to Jacob Wells line 
and along the said line to the first station it being a tract of land patented by Robert W. McRee, 
thence by Robert McRee conveyed to Frederick Ravenbark and the said Ravenbark to Jacob 
Wells and thence to me.
