Being the same half of 100 acres formerly held and occupied by Richard Sessums, dec'ed,
of the above county and of said state, fell to his daughter Lealah Sessums, who is now the
wife of John H. Davis. The said land includes the old field whereon the said Richard Sessums,
dec'ed and adjoining John Johnston, Mark Johnston Mallett's & Beatty's lands.
