Plat:		Nigh the Widow Thomas at a point.
		Thence South 68 West 127 poles to a white oak 
		Thence north 22 West 127 poles to a point
		Thence North 68 East 127 poles to a stake
		Thence to the first station

		Patent appears which patent was granted to Thomas Edge bearing date of 2nd day 
of May 1757 and conveyed by deed from John Hare to said John Davis bearing 
date the 6th day of February 1764.

		In witness whereof I the said John Davis have hereunto set my hand and seal this 
eight 8 day of April, one thousand seven hundred and sixty six.
