Buyer:		Henry Davis, Planter,  of  the [Saho] Forest of Sampson County
Seller:		Sampson Davis of Bladen County

Price:		50 Pounds Specie in hand

County:	Sampson (Previously Duplin)
Location:	West Side of Little Cohary 

Plat:		Beginning at the mouth of the Marsh Branch running up the branch to the 
back line 
Thence South 75 West along the back line over the middle branch and 
corner at a pine
Thence along a slash to the back  corner at an oak 
Thence down the Creek to the first Station 

It being part of a tract of land pattened by Jermiah Simmons 
		Sampson Davis said he would warrant and defend......'that is to say all
below the stream of the middle branch to the said Henry Davis'.
