Daniel Teachy Junr. three hundred acres of land in Duplin County 
among the pocosons of Little Rockfish and Harrys branch.  Begining 
at a pine supposed to be near to Daniel Teachey Senrs. line.  Thence 
No. 5 Et. 160 poles to a pine by the Bear Foard Pocoson.  Thence 
along the pocoson No. 70 Et. 80 poles to a pine.  Thence Et. 138 
poles to a pine.  Thence So. 30 Et. 180 poles to a pine.  Thence So. 
25 Wt. 92 poles to a pine in a branch.  Thence to the begining.
