Granted to Daniel Southerland Seventy Five acres of land in Duplin County on the heads of his
own branch Et. side the No. East river.  Begining at a pine stump in his field Gillmans corner.
Thence that line No. 63 Et. 104 poles to a white oak the old corner.  Thence his own line No. 12
Wt. 134 poles to a pine by Brocks line.  Thence his line So. 58 Wt. 78 poles to a pine his corner.
Thence as it to the begining.
