Daniel Glisson To Peter Parker
Deed 30 acres

Duplin County
This Indenture this twenty ninth day of Agust in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
and ninety one and in the Sixteenth year of the Independence of America between Daniel Glisson of the one part
and Peter Parker of the other part both of the both of the County and State aforesaid Planters Witnesseth that
the said Daniel Glisson for and in Consideration of the sum of twelve pounds well and truly paid by the said
Peter Parker the Receipt whereof the said Daniel Glisson doth hereby acknowledge himself therewith fully
satisfied contented and paid and of every part and parcel thereof doth acquit and Discharge the said Peter
Parker his heirs Executors and administrators forever----he the said Daniel Glisson hath given, granted,
Bargained, Sold, conveyed, confirmed, assigned, and set over and by these presents doth fully freely and
absolutely, give grant Bargain and sell unto the said Peter Parker a certain Tract or parcel of Land Situate
lying and being in Duplin on the South side of the No. East Swamp being part of a Survey of Land formerly
Pattened by John Whitehead and by him conveyed to Samuel Ward who conveyed the same by Deed to the said Daniel
Glisson ajoining the said Peter Parkers own Land Jonethan Parkers Land beginning at a small branch that runs
through Jonethan Parker Land on his line Runing No. 45 Wt. to a pine Peter Parkers Corner thence up the said
Peter Parkers Line to his upper corner thence to the said Branch and thence down branch to the beginning on
Jonethan Parkers line supposed to be thirty acres be the same more or less which thirty acres and all and every
part and parcel thereof with every the _________ and appurtainances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining to him the said Peter Parker his heirs and assigns forever and he the said Daniel Glisson for
himself his heirs Executors and administrators do warrant Secure and forever Defend unto the said Peter Parker
his heirs and assigns the above mentioned thirty acres of Land be the same more or less from and against him
the said Daniel Glisson his heirs and assigns or any person or persons Claiming under him the said Daniel
Glisson. In witness whereunto the said Daniel hath hereunto sit his hand and affixed his Seal this day and
year above written.
