Daniel Boney To Samuel Bradshaw
Deed for 47 acres Jany 1840
This Indenture made this the twenty second day of November one Thousand Eight hundred
& thirty nine Between Daniel Boney of the State of North Carolina Duplin County of the
one part and Samuel Bradshaw of the other part Witnesseth that the said Daniel Boney for
and in consideration of the sum of Seventy five dollars to him in hand paid be the said
Samuel Bradshaw Before the signing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged and I Daniel Boney hath by these presents Bargained sold and set over
to the said Samuel Bradshaw a certain tract or parcil of Land situate lying in the County
of Duplin on the south side of Island Creek Begining on as ash at the Run of Indian
Branch and runs thence No 16 Et 57 poles to a stake thence No 73 wt 140 poles to a thence
so 15 Et 46 poles to a gum on the run of Indian Branch thence down with said Branch the
Run of the Branch to the Begining containing forty seven acres be the same more of Less
to have and to hold to him the said Samuel Bradshaw his heirs and assigns forever and I
Daniel Boney my self my heirs and assigns do hereby warrant and forever the above discribed
land and premises and all pertaining thereto to him the said Samuel Bradshaw his heirs and
assigns forever In witness whereof I the said Daniel Boney have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal the day and date first above written signed sealed and delivered in presents
of us
