Charles James Fifty acres of land in Duplin County on the So. West side of Rockfish. 
Begining at a white oak on the creek 10 yards above the New Road.  Thence So. 70 
Wt. 80 poles to a pine on John Goffs line.  Thence his line So. 58 Wt. 56 poles to a 
pine his corner.  Thence touching Joseph Bevans line So. 60 Et. 140 pole to a water 
oak on the creek.  Thence the meanders of the creek to the begining.
