Charles Goff seventy five acres of land in Duplin County between 
Cypress Creek and Muddy Creek joining Richard Williams's and 
James Pickets lines.  Begining at a pine on Pickets line Williams's 
corner and runs with his line So. 40 Et. 75 poles to a pine, thence 
No. 50 Et. 160 pole through the dark ponds to a water oak, then 
No. 40 Wt. 75 pole to a stake on Pickets line.  Then with his line 
to the begining.
