Charles Blann one hundred and fifty acres of land in Duplin County 
on a branch of Rockfish Creek called Bulltail, on bothe side the Main 
Road including his improvements.  Begining at a pine on or near to the 
county line, thence No. 20 Wt. 40 poles to a pine Hardy Powells corner, 
thence along Powells line No. 20 Wt. 128 poles to a pine.  Thence Wt. 
194 poles to a black gum in Bulltail Branch.  Thence down the branch 
by various cornses to the county line.  Thence to the begining.
