Granted to Chole Simpler One hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the North Side 
of Goshen Swamp.  Between Whiteoak branch Tylers branch.  being Simplers land within 
the bound of the land she bought of Robert Warren.  Begining at a red oak on Hezekiah 
Millards Line.  Thence So. 55, Wt. 44 poles ot a maple in Tylers branch Tho. Wiggins 
corner.  Thence along his line No. 45, Wt. 54 poles to a white oak Nathan Kinnards 
corner.  Thence with his line North 45, Wt. 130 poles to a small white oak at his 
corner.  Thence No. 60, Et. 200 poles to a red oak at Thos. Flowers's corner.  Thence 
No. 70, Et. 60 poles to a Hickory Sapling.  Thence South 38 poles to a pine.  Thence 
Joining Hezekiah Millards line.  To the begining.
