Charles Gavin two hundred acres of land in Duplin County in Goshen Swamp 
joining his own and Joseph Grimes's land.  Begining at a gum Grimes's uper 
corner formerlly Rice Evans's corner.  Thence along Grimes's line No. 88 Et. 
56 poles to a stake at the fun of Goshen Swamp.  Thence No. 85 Et. 150 
poles to a cypress Grimes's corner at Goshen Run.  Thence along said 
Grimes's other line So. 27 Wt. 62 poles to a red oak and Hickory at Gavins 
old corner.  Thence the course of Gavins old line SO. 87 Et. 50 pole to a gum.  
Thence No. 220 poles to a stake thence Wt. 164 poles to a stake.  
Thence to the begining.
